There is No Reason For Radon to Ever Kill Your Sale
If They Love It, They Should Buy It
There is absolutely no reason for buyers to allow elevated radon to keep them from purchasing a house that otherwise suits them. Remind them of how much they like the kitchen, the master bathroom, the scenic view, or the convenient location.
If the radon system is properly designed and installed, it should in no way diminish the resale value of the property.
