We find that it goes a long way toward putting everyone’s fears to rest and making the buyer feel more comfortable with the process when they are allowed and invited to be involved with the decision-making and the design concept chosen for that particular house.
We take the time to explain how the system will look and how it works to the buyer, seller, or any other concerned party and we find that this helps to smooth the way and satisfy questions.
