Our Company

Our goal is to protect your health and your home from radon by installing the most effective radon mitigation systems possible. We're experts in the field of radon mitigation, having been licensed to install reduction systems. Our main office is in Kenosha, Wisconsin, with satellite locations located throughout Wisconsin, Illinois - Peoria, Bloomington, Decatur, Champaign-Urbana and the South Bend, Indiana area. We are members of the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST).

All of our technicians adhere to the radon mitigation standards of NEHA, The National Environmental Health Agency, a branch of the EPA. In addition, our installers located in the state of Illinois adhere to the specialized licensing required by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) and have excellent standing within that Agency.

Our entire team regularly atttends radon seminars and continuing education classes. We are bonded and carry liability insurance of $1,000,000 specific to the radon industry. We are proud of our reputation for quality and professionalism. We can gladly provide references.

About the Owner

Karla Newman is the owner of Radon Remedy, LLC. She has been in the radon mitigation industry since 1994. Since then, serving the Midwest with information and eliminating the danger radon gas poses to everyone's health has been her first priority. In 2000, she became president of Radon Remediation Company and renamed it Radon Remedy. She has years of experience and is happy to lead talks and workshops about radon reduction.

Karla is a fully licensed radon mitigation specialist. She is available daily to answer any questions radon reduction, system design, placement, pricing, and installation. If you have any questions about radon or wish to know more about arranging a workshop, please call our toll-free number.
